The process of manufacturing our lenses is very delicate and followed to a tee for each name engraved on the frame. It is as follows:

• Raw material Acetate is always baked in
  60°c oven for 7 whole days to get ideal shape.
• CNC cutter cuts the frame circle
• To get smooth texture, Frames are polished in
  rolling drum filled with special wood particles for 7 whole days
• To ensure that you obtain the desirable
  eyewear, we apply hand-polishing process again after rolling drum by touching
  every detail.
• The metal frame is coated with glue after
  electroplating and undergoes a 72 hour sweat test to ensure its noble quality of corrosion resistance and durability, even in a long-term seaside environment.
• All frames must undergo
  manual adjustment to achieve the most perfect ergonomic effect.
• All frames must undergo 100% final check.

Eligibility for glass exchange or return is as follows:

The glasses must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The glasses, should be in the same condition as they were delivered, without any damage.

You need to present a receipt or proof of payment, along with a valid ID or proof of address.

If the glasses you received have noticeable damages, you need to report it within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence for our records.

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to proceed with your exchange or return, follow these steps:

We will promptly reply to your request, confirming your eligibility for exchange or return and guide you through the next steps. Upon receiving our response, follow the given instructions and return the package to us.

Please note that returns are only accepted after the product has been received.

Be aware that a shipping cost of $20 will be deducted from the refund total in case of a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on frames with prescription lenses designed specifically for your unique needs and measurements. We ensure each lens is carefully crafted for the best vision quality according to your specific needs, and as such, we can't resell or reuse them.
